On A Train To...

Ticket! Ticket please. Tick-oh, hello there. Hm? What's that? Where's this train going?

Well. Where do you want it to go?

Perhaps you're ready to go home after a long day of work, ready to rest your weary head against the window and let the storms lull you to sleep. Your feet aching in shoes a little too small, your heart relaxing after thundering in your chest all day.

Perhaps you're off to visit a friend? They live in the countryside and they've invited you over, and you've got your nose to the glass, laughing at the sight of cows and sheep and strange scarecrows in the distance.

Perhaps you're going somewhere you don't want to go, but must, for societal reasons. Proprietorial. Familial. To a funeral, or what you hope is a funeral, and not just a malicious lie to make you come 'home'.

...oh! Where are my manners, so sorry there, I didn't mean...ah. Yes. Well, I'm just the ticketmaster here. I don't pry the wheres and whys of people taking the train. I just take the ticket.

So board on the train, and enjoy the ride, won't you...?

A Solo RPG about riding a train. The rules are simple, the tables are simple, and the idea is rather simple. But perhaps you don't want simple. Perhaps you want something...a little darker.

There's an option there too, for those interested.

But if all you want is a train ride to write about, just for fun, just for something different...then perhaps it won't hurt checking my first solo out?
